The cake was a custom creation by Mommy...as promised, pineapple cake with blueberry frosting...not such a huge hit around here, but Travis really wanted pineapple cake for his fourth birthday, and I was in the hospital, so Grandma made a pineapple upside-down cake...which has never been forgiven, so when his birthday came around again he still wanted that pinaeapple cake. He said next year he thinks he wants vanilla.

Happy 5th Birthday! Five is one of my favorite ages. Blueberry frosting sounds yummy to me... vanilla cake too! He was such an adorable baby and now kid!

Happy Birthday! The cake looks so good. I'm still cracking up about him wanting vanilla next year. Jack does look like the girls at that age!

The cake looks so moist and made with love! I've never heard of blueberry frosting! How did you make it? I love the post with the pictures of him through the years...very special!

BTW.. yes, when the twins start nearing 2 it becomes a LITTLE easier to get dinner on the table, though the crockpot is my friend quite a lot still! LOL
